Manually corrected and updated AGP assembly using CLC Genomics Workbench v25. BK polyomavirus is propagated in HEL 299 cells (ATCC CCL-137). This strain was isolated in 1970 from the urine of a human kidney transplant patient in London. Deposited as BK virus. This virus was assembled and curated using Oatmeal v3.0.
